Message Content
We store message content to ensure the AI has conversational background. This data is deleted when using the /reset command instantly and is no longer being stored after the reset command is issued

Our bot may interact with third-party services or platforms for enhanced functionality. However, we do not share any user data, including messages or personal information, with these third parties unless explicitly authorized by the user.
Opt-Out
We provide an opt-out solution to ensure that no message content is collected. If you wish to opt-out, simply refrain from using the bot.
Data Deletion
We respect your right to request the deletion of your data. If you want your data to be deleted, including guild information, we will comply within 30 days of receiving your request.
However, please note that user IDs necessary for moderation purposes may not be deleted to support our ban system. We do not control the data practices of any third-party services or platforms that we may interact with. If you have concerns regarding their data handling practices, we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
Security Measures
We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed towards individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such data from our records.
No Arbitration Agreement
By using our services, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the services provided by ByteLabs shall not be resolved through arbitration. Instead, you and ByteLabs expressly waive the right to participate in any form of arbitration.
Any such disputes, claims, or controversies shall be resolved through the following alternative dispute resolution mechanism:
Litigation: The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the high court located in the isle of man. Both parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. This "no arbitration agreement" shall supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the resolution of disputes, claims, or controversies related to the services provided by ByteLabs.
